The college has acquired 41 acres of land on Devrukh-Ratnagiri.

The main building surrounded by garden is a three-storied building consisting of various class rooms, laboratories, computer center, drawing hall, common room,bank extension counter, principals chambers, chairman’s chambers, Trustee’s chambers, girls room, staff room and library.
